Tell me about the most challenging engineering project that you have been involved with during past year.

I was involved in project for an International WG 2017 in Wroclaw. It included the preparation, modernisation , expansion or construct 24 objects to play sports ( stadiums, swimming pools, velodromes, the pitch to play off competition etc.).Given the limited budget and the need for getting objects in just over a year project require a major commitment and determination in supervising the contractors and cooperation with the authorities of the city of Wroclaw in this respect. Project had a big impact on the customers and had a set of needs (very fast program requirements, very low cost to build, short time to make changes etc.). All the elements caused many situations but I could absorb them and reassure the organizers of the attainment deadlines. Establish the conditions with sports federations, approval of plans and supervising the implementation of objects in accordance with a timetable was a big challenge but I had really enjoyed the process and I need to a very well organized, with determination, the entire project teams to successfully implement the actions planned for all establishments, enter and enforce the rules of efficient communication, accountability and management of risks and threats in the framework of the project team.

This was a huge project realized in the international environment, with significant budget and I got to learn many new things from this project and was most challenging project for me to organize all that.

I was involved in designing of an International Cricket Stadium in India. It has4 blocks i.e East West, North and South. East and West Block both contain3 level each and North and South blocks contain6 levels each, complete with VIP galleries , media rooms, utilities, corporate boxes and general viewers galleries. There were about26 staircases,4 main ramps &4 entry ramps. It has a moat at the end of the viewers' galleries which is surrounded by a retaining wall. The stadium also had a truss roof although it has not been finalized yet. The modelling and design of this stadium was pretty challenging and I got to learn many new things from this project.
