Which is more important, talent or hard work?

A talented person with his hard work can make the great difference.
If a talented person is hard worker its a great.

i think both are important.
It depends on the job requirement.
example, jobs like designer, artist, sport, the person needs to be talented.
For jobs like construction, management , sales, the person needs to work hard.
However even if you are talented, that doesnt mean you should not work hard.
therefore i think both are important for success.
