Customer can approach you to buy your product, any service, maybe due to any issue or for any kind of consultancy about your product. It is very important to listen and understand what actually customer wants. -Ask relevant questions. -Understand his/her need. -compare his need or issue with your products or services. Your product knowledge will play a vital role here. -Offer him best available product according to his need If possible. - if not possible then offer him the best available alternate but don't force. Do not try to bypass his need. Do not look at the short term benifit by selling him what he does not want. That may cause lost of customer. - be customer centric. - Stay honest with your client and say no politely if your product or service is not according to the needs and wants of customer. - last but not least do not break commitment.

Customer experience is unique for each customer and for one to be able to give the best customer experience, he has to identify the stated and unstated need of the customer.   A customer would normally approach us (the organization) if he has an issue that needs attention and he is doing it on his personal time. While we are getting paid to address the issue, he is not, yet he is spending time on it. There will be times when we will have to say no, not because we want to, but because we're not offering what he needs or there is no solution to the issue.  How we handle the event or the situation makes a lot of difference. In this competitive market where automation is key to profit and efficiency, customer experience has to be personalised and unique. That's why organizations need people like you, and me.
