Depends on the nature of the job.
Also I would like to draw attention that the successful teamwork should have certain characteristics and high level of coordination among the members to be able to perform the tasks with the best efficiency otherwise it will be costly.

It depends.
I am creative and can formulate many ideas and strategies alone.
On the other hand, it is sometimes good to work within a team to make sure ideas and strategies are not based only on my understanding.
