This platform gives opportunities for all in a diplomatic way itself to come up on top and get ranked.
There are short cut methods also to get points, if one is behind points only to get ranked which is a great concern for the quality participants with own questions and answers distinctly different and provide rich scope for discussions.
It is very easy to source out questions and ask as many number of questions as you can and tag them favorably to gain points if a little effort is put to.
I also used to source out questions and used to make requests for answers with the intention of one or two get answered by professionals. But I cannot in no way blame the participants for not answering my questions because, though I have my own intentions I cannot argue to gain.
I recognize a good quality in Mr. Divyesh Patel, who used to ask3-4 questions in an interval of2-3 days which every one can easily respond without any strain. His questions are also voted high, quality ones. He definitely service all the response with his votes and an answer best suitable for the question. He is also top ranked in all his specialties, I think with wonderful scores that nobody can even guess. Similarly Mr. Mayaleh also ask the questions in a limited way with a wonderful theme in it.
Asking silly questions like: What is a book? What is a pencil? What is a scale? With what a book is made up of? What is the difference between a ruled paper and un- ruled paper?.......... so on and tagging management, education, Erp, teaching, accounting, customer service, MARKETING, Business development etc. etc. etc...... and send quantity answer requests to all participants and score heavily merely on the basis of targeting every active members to respond.......... These give very big strains for the youngsters who provide only quality answers every time in their specialties and asking only quality questions--the ranking will be a nightmare for them.. ..... QUALITY QUESTIONS AND RESPONSE WITH QUALITY ANSWERS IS A MUST HERE, I THINK ALL OF US WILL SUPPORT MY VIEW.
THE EMPLOYERS THOSE WHO ARE OBSERVING THE ACTIVITIES FROM OUTSIDE CAN VERY EASILY IDENTIFY THE ACTIVITIES FOR A PERFECT EVALUATION TO RECOGNIZE QUALITY INDIVIDUALS, AND THE FORUM..................... and I strongly believe that it should not be difficulty for the young talents in specific who come to the forum in great hopes and expectations.
I also feel very sorry for any such mistakes happened from me, and promise to do correct myself in the interest of the Community in general and young talents in particular who are more eligible to use this platform under the perfect guidance and help by all the Professionals with impartial considerations.

There is a another important question, try to search for business development specialist and see where are you ranking, not even in the top 50 even if you are top 10 in specialty!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Actually it is a good question
mainly here are business persons, some of them may be busy
If being top ten is about qualification -even not being active on the web site can not reduce their qualification. They will be top unless someone shows better results-it is motivation for others.
their knowlages are still with them and still noone shown better results-othervise they wouldnt be stll top ranked.
if being top is about activity on the site than ok, you are may be right.
I am sorry, but I don't see this platform as a contest at all. The only use of the specialties Q&A feature should be to exchange experiences, knowledge and opinions. If someone votes your answer up, it is great, if not it is OK as well.
Unfortunately, I've seen some people treating it as a contest and posting questions and answers to all kind of subjects and very frequently copy-pasting answers and definitions from the first site found on Google. That kills the idea for knowledge and experience exchange.
Furthermore, the ranking doesn't mean anything - it won't get / guarantee better job position or any job position at all. It might help someone get noticed by a recruiter, but you cannot give copy-paste answers on an interview...
So if you'd ask me, I'd drop the whole ranking feature to prevent spamming
No they shouldn't and that is something that needs to be addressed in Bayt Feedback section. I am sure they can do something about this.
Thats a tough one. There can be number of reasons for not being active;
A separate sheet can be generated for this group so that the regular users may not harmed.
