because if we hiring old staff or in50 years old, max he work with us only10 up to15 years as a max

It depends upon situation and nature of work which require for a long term of relation between the both of parties.
I think it depends on the job itself. For any HR professional to judge a person based on age seems contradicting. There are rules and laws for discriminating against a person for age.
I have seen45 year old men do better jobs than a22 year old. A68 year old man run a warehouse better than any younger guy.. We have a72 year old sales man in our company who is by far the best sales guy here.. Dont judge a book by its cover. Age is nothing but a number!
Candidates age has important link in making decision. for entry level position, we do prefer youngster, for mid level position, we do hire28-35 years of age bracket and definitely, at senior position, we do prefer10+ years of experience and in case we do have mature age bracket candidate. Other than that, for some position, it required physical working so we do hire youngster. So age is an important factor in making hiring decision.
Age limit is required based on the nature of work.
Psychological factors:

In Textiles also: You need energetic salesmen.
But if you approach a pediatrician: You would prefer an aged Doctor.
For a legal service: You prefer aged
For an accountant service: You may prefer an young guy.

EVERYWHERE YOU NEED A BEST ADVANTAGE-YOUR PREFERENCE WILL TEND TO PRIORITIZE YOUR REQUIREMENTS AND TO HAVE COMPARATIVE ADVANTAGE THAN THE INTENDED RESULTS.
.............even now highly successful entrepreneurs of the world belong to the Old Age................
if you hire old people you won't be able to work with them for a long time and soon you need to hire again and again
I think productivity and performance depend on some factors like mental powers and age. A very aged person - say60 and up - can not perform well, and will not help in achieving targets required by an organisation.
On the basis of job position and nature of job...

Long-term
