Usually customers with complain are sarcastics and hot to handle. At first you should try to calm him/her down. After doing so, know all the details of the problem/complain. If you feel that you can resolve it in a non technical way, do so, if it needs more on technical, relay to the right department. Make the customer feel that they are very precious to us because without them, our industry will be nothing. Remember the motto of customer first to attain the real satisfaction of our present and future customers.

just calm down,greet,ask and listen..and after hearing all the complains,just answer respectfully and suggest solutions to the problem and thank the customer
