In AutoCAD, how you insert the view ports from one drawing to another in Autocad?

Right click on the layout tab in the TARGET drawing and select "From Template..."At the bottom of the dialog box that pops up, change from DWT to DWG. Then find the drawing containing the layouts you wish to import and select OPEN.You should see the list of layout in that drawing, use SHIFT Select to select the layouts you desire and select Okay.

 

You can also bring layouts, including everything that's on them (view ports, title block and  whatever) using the Design Center.
