I'd go with answer under D, i.e Noise is the interference which occurs between the message source and the receiver

Your message will remain unheard by the receiver due to the noise that distorts the communication, however, loud music in advert will make little difficult for few audience to hear or it might automatically filter the target audience but it  will not  distort the message.
