ما الفرق بين الكفاءة والفعالية؟ What is the difference between efficiency and effectiveness?

Efficiency is reaching the optimum by using the least inputs to produce the maximum outputs, while effectiveness is the level of achieving the targets & objectives.
Once I read an interesting comparison between efficiency & effectiveness; efficiency is defined as "doing the thing right" while effectiveness as "doing the right thing".

Efficiency in general describes the extent to which time, effort or cost is well used for the intended task or purpose.
It is often used with the specific purpose of relaying the capability of a specific application of effort to produce a specific outcome effectively with a minimum amount or quantity of waste, expense, or unnecessary effort.
"Efficiency" has widely varying meanings in different disciplines.
Whereas Effectiveness is the capability of producing a desired result.
When something is deemed effective, it means it has an intended or expected outcome, or produces a deep, vivid impression.

الشخص الفعال هو الشخص المنتج في أي مكان تضعه ينتج بينما الشخص الكفوء هو من تستطيع أن تعتمد عليه كمشرف فقط وليس كمنفذ

Effective employer who achieve his objectives within minimum resources, effecient employer who imlement his work following policies & procedures

Efficiency: is a measurement to determine X activity completion Effectiveness: is an estimated evaluation for Y activity reaction.
both efficiency & effectiveness are integrated to achieve X-Y activity.

You are given a project - you complete it on time, within allocated budget and MEETING client's expectations - you are effective.
You are given a project - you complete it on time, within allocated budget and EXCEEDING client's expectations - you are efficient.

الكفاءة هي التميز و الفاعلية هي القدرة على الانجاز من الممكن ان يكون الفرد ذو كفاءة و لكن ليس عنده فاعلية و العكس صحيح و في هذه الحالة أفضل من لديه الفاعلية و ليس الكفاءة فقط لأن على الاقل يعطيني ما يطلبه العمل أفضل بكثير ممن لديه كفاءة و لكن لا يعطي ولك وافر الاحترام و الشكر

Both corresponds to productivity levels.
Primitive answer goes: efficiency = output / input .
Therefore the more maximized the output over minimal input, the better.
effectivity = actual output / desired output.

الفاعليه :هي القدره على تحقيق الاداف ..............................
اذا الفرق ان الكفاء جزء من الفاعليه لان الكفاء تحقق بعض الاهداف ام الفاعليه فانها تحقق الاهداف

Efficiency - measures how fast someone can do something and if they are doing it right.
Efficiency is also linked with money and is used to express how much a product is to produce.
Effectiveness - is the quality of how good a person is and doing the right things.
