Without using protect sheet and adding password to ur sheet can u make ur sheet fixed no insertion process in ur sheet for columns and rows ?

An answer without using the Review tab, in the Changes group, click Protect Workbook, not using the Structure check box?!!

A cheat to stop rows or columns being inserted, is to put a character into cells:

A1048576

XFD1048576

XFD1

This will prevent any new rows or columns being inserted.

Rows and columns at the foot and to the right of the work area can be utilised.

And this method one would need to specify the print range area, otherwise so many blank pages would be printed.

This does not prevent overriding of formulas.

I really know nothing about VBA; and perhaps Atif's suggestion is the more correct and practical idea.

The alternative is VBA, in reality sheet will be protected through VBA code instead protecting it from menu.
