personally i joined for a job search
It is only for job search I joined. Then i understood that i need to participate in order to stand above the competition. Some times I feel happy that I am able to gain knowledge by some good Questions & answers and at other times I feel upset about the silly questions and answers asked by the participants. On the whole a satisfactory experience.
Actually , you we can't deny both.
