indeed it is; fear of failure can be a motivation for succeeding but at the same time, when it's not addressed in the right way it not on;y kills the power of being innovative it can create a major decrease in confident.

Fear sometimes is important to be a great motivation.
But sometimes the fear goes to a high level that can kill every good thing, May kill the person soul.
If we can't handle our fears, Then it's better to live alone.

I would say that the person having a fear of faliure then he can not invent any thing. Because in innovation you will have to make many attempt to create a successful product.

Fear of being failure in my point of view brings down the graph of creativity. business is all about risk and those who deal with it become successful. so if you want to be successeded try to overcome the fear because without risk there is no profit.
