Is there anything called Accounting Excel?

excel helps accountants because it contains many formulas and commands,and it is dominating. there is nothing called accounting excel but u may find some books uses the accounting methods and apply it all on excel and therefor we call it accounting excel.

Excel provides supportive documents to assist accountants, with calculations, worksheets, reconciliations, variance reports, budgets, etc.

it is not ideal to prepare the accounting records in Excel, unless the methodologies are written by Virtual Basic programmers.

There is many good accounting software packages on the market, even online accounting packages that are on the cloud.  Quickbooks has gone to the cloud platform.

Excel is predominantly used by accountants across the world. Ther eis no specific thing as accounting excel.
