How easy is it to envelop your competitors platform? Is it a smart thing to do so in the first place?

What do you mean by ""envelop"competitors  platform ?? What does the word ""envelop"" mean ? and what kind of "platforms"are you talking about ??Do you mean application development platform ??

Competitor is a must for our own growth.      If he is pausing a  potential  threat for our existence-no problem : envelop his platform.

In Business philosophy its called USP.. Unique Selling Proposition where it takes edge, enveloping over  competitor.

Every Product has its own strength & weaknesses, the competitor en-cashes its weaknesses and try to give unique proposition in selling his own. This is a common practice every one follows in business.

We cannot say whether its smart thing or not if u cant do u cant sustain, survival of the fittest as we might have read in Darwin theory.
