it is always been a great competition of a fresh graduate or a job seeker with a less working experience to what most of the companies are looking for now a days. But for me, giving every applicant a chance for an Interview will only prove if they are capable, have the guts and really deserve the position they are looking for. Job hunting and hunters are somewhat the same since both of them are searching for the not so perfect one but competitive or fitted one. Of course, job hunters would prefer to hire someone who already knows the line of work so they can have the minimal time of training and that they can turn over all assigned works as soon as possible. But in job seekers who have minimal experience always finds room for adjustment as much as possible, in minimal time also. They strive hard to adopt the nature easily, remember everything as possible to reach the expectations that the new employer have for them. On the other hand, experience will never be attained if there are no employers who will give a chance to have experience For those new in the industries. Although the goal and perception of the company are understandable which is to work and learn as fast as we could with quality and efficient service, still, working with the new ones are best. They are the best person to be trained of with the quality you want them to have, they are the good listener/follower, they are the most humble and creative one. Hence, whatever we teached them, if they see and feel their importance to the company, they'll pay it back with the quality of work they can serve in the company.
