How can you monitor your hashtag?

Without the hashtag, the microblogging network wouldn't have been what it is today. Today, the biggest social networks that use the hashtag are: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus and Pinterest. The campaigns won't be uni-platform anymore as the hashtag is helping/ making us to think multi-platform. We get to use the same key word everywhere. But how do we monitor our whole activity?

Hastags can be monitored by setting up your dash board with any of the following applications ; HootSuite is known primarily as a tool to manage multiple social networks from a single dashboard, it has great hashtag monitoring functionality as well.
Once you’ve set up your dashboard, you can add up to10 streams per account that can monitor hashtags Monitter lets you monitor hashtags in real-time from their website.
You can monitor up to3 hashtags at once.
TwitterFall’s the app to go to monitor hashtags.
It displays a single stream of tweets related to a hashtag that you’re interested in.
