Dear Mishal, in the given scenario the best way is to try and grab whatever entry level position is available in HR in a reputed company and then climb the ladder up showing your aptitude for HR. Also there are various companies (LG, Johnson & Johnson etc.) which run HR Leadership Programs (HRLP), they take fresh graduates and then train them in various sub functions of HR for 2 years after which they are placed on a managerial position inside the company.
