What are the differences between Workbooks & Worksheets & spreadsheets?

workbooks = excel file for example ( book1.xlsx )

worksheet  = are unlimited number of sheets inside the workbook (sheet1) sheet2....etc

spreadsheets = are worksheets or some tables inside it, but some people name the whole program as the spreadsheet.

workbooks refer as the excel file as a whole, worksheet is part of a workbook and spread sheet is single sheet in an MS Excel File.
