Trade Marketing is very vital for developing the 'product' to an 'brand' & all the life cycles involved to reach it.
It creates the demand across all frontage such as retailers, distributor's, wholesaler's, customer's (Or potential customer's) & ensure brand bondage so that they can push the product & influence buying decision of buyers in an competitive scenerio.
It also oversee's brand positioning & creating a superior brand image either by POS in retail stores/commercial places or maintaining the recall among customers thorough ATL activities by either advertising, promotion's etc & converting the same to buying decision by carrying out all the BTL activitity when the customer goes to outlets either through better visuals or display or by superior packing (Based on the target customer), participating in different promotion's etc.
Thus, Trade marketing plays a crticial role in it's success or failure as in all stages of the brand's life cycle it plays a significant role.
