There are lots of things to do when person have any stress, following points are helpful:-

1. Get involved in other activity

2. Plying outdoor games

3. Relaxation

4. Mind Diversion

5. Take Proper sleep

6. Meditation

7. Talking or discuss problem with close person

8. fresh start

Always Change my Physical Status , I mean if was Set then I stand up or if I was talk then I should stop in that field and open new subject , finally if can't then I must inform my managers I need break , then think in anything which turn me on and keep going again.
