Students are future resource citizen for any nation. Encouragement to students is the positive way to prosper them. Educational institution can arrange yearly a competitive cultural and playing programme for the regular students’. The winner must be awarded by prize and certificates in a prize giving ceremony. Along with this list with the talent student (from each class) must be included in the prize giving ceremony. The funds can be granted for this cultural and prize giving ceremony by the authority or social service organization. Awarding prize among talent students through a formal prize giving ceremony helps to inspire both of those talent and general students to more study for next time to competition for getting prize.
