Leaders' vision always encourage his / her team members to vitalize the team spirit for attaining the specific objectives those are created by him / her for the successful competitive gain that comes as a consecutive outcome of the perfection of the team members' assignment.

If you mean what are the outcomes of leader's vision to make the team members compete to achieve them, I would say (briefly) that there are many outcomes that the leader try to achieve by:

1. Building a strong energetic team that is able to succeed ven without supervision.

2. Achieve goals with the best resources.

3. Motivating and soldifying team work.

4. Sharing and discussing ideas and perspectives.

 

Team members should be followed and inspired by the leader as long as this leader is able to inspire and has the spirit of helping and guiding.

A leader is as good as his team. Leader should take the responsibility with both the hands. He should create healthy as well as conducive environment for his team members to perform and give their cent percent.

I just think that leader's job discription is also to bring up succesors

it will be a big advantage for me when my subordinate will grow and develop that much than even get same level position as I have -why not?

leader is not life-time position -one day they must acheive and it will be also our success

it is also motivation for us to constantly develop

teacher is never afraid when pupil does well, he is proud and never looks pupil succes and development like competition
