Barcode are within the best ways for: - reducing the paper work time.
- Increasing the delicacy of feeding information operation.
- Always having updated information, which reflects the current situation of sales orders and stock available.
This is not only inside the warehouse, but you can also implement it on production department, and more and more on sales department and distribution process.
In our company, the order are received from the sales man, and sent to the warehouse deputy manager by mobile, who only press two buttons to make the order registered in our systems and reduced from the warehouse stock.
As you see, the worker in every department fed his information by him self to the system, quickly and precisely.
Barcode is not difficult at all, and the international barcode company in your country, will give you your international barcodes.
In our case, they asked us to send our detailed list of products, with all colors and sizes, and they made the barcodes numbers by themselves and send them to us.
Actually there is an annual fee your company have to pay as a registration fee.

I believe it is quite mandatory to know the bar code system in managing the warehouse operations as it directly relates to the inventory and incoming and outgoing traffic of the warehouse.
Keeping an accurate inventory control makes the operation cost efficient and profitable.
