Due to load of work and rigid behavior of your boss junior officers reluctant to discuss these cases (letters and files). Every day your boss marks4 to5 letters and files to each officer. At the end of the week only8 to10 cases discussed. Pressure increase on you day by day as you know the strict attitude of your boss. What should you do to control this situation?
i have to give my boss appropriate measure or channel for he to be able to detect what the problem is that the officer was unable to deliver the correct files at the right time before scolding the officer and i would go on my own to find out what the problem before tendering the situation to my boss,you have to be calm
