1. Not having enough pipeline to work on
2. Not proactive
3. Not networking with the right kind of people
What are the3 biggest mistakes being made by sales professionals in their approach to achieve sales targets ?
1. Once they have NO TACTIC & VISION.
2. Bad tools( bad salesman,,,,bad motivation. ,,,MANAGMENTS.......etc )
3. Highest estimation for small share ( weak ) market
avoiding a client rather than handling them
1-wrong assumptions instead of asking for a deal-common theory is be persistent,confident and ask for it you will surely get it.
2- no strong follow up or hesitant to close it
3-pre-judging the customer and accepting NO'S.
I am gonna list three points related to B2B Salesperson -out of my point of view- :
1. Doesn't make a good research before approaching the customer as first meeting is the key meeting.
2. Doesn't approach the decision maker and meet one of the assistance to increase the fake leads quantity.
3. Doesn't say the truth about his business volume and capabilities.
And more....
1.not reqular to customer
2.not giving sufficient stocks
3.no proper supervision eg:display etc..
