In my opinion, working environment and better opportunity for advancement.

work environment , recognation , work life balance and salary

everyone of the mentioned aspects is important at a stage of life.

for example when u fisrt start your career usually the most important thing is salary. but after a while after u achieve stability in ur wrok and financial part you start to think of other factors like, do i is my working hours felixible enough? do i have enough time for my family ? I do earn enough money but am i satisfied with the advances of my career or do i want to achieve more? is the work environment is healthy enough or my blood preasure increases everyday on my way to work. and when I get older i will start thinking the location is so far i cant drive everyday for one hour one way and is the beifits package is good for a comfortable retirment !!

so you see every factor is important at one point of your life or so i think :)

To me the followings are important:

a. Working environment. Without this no one deliver his/her best.

b. Work- Life balance.

c. Opportunity for career growth/Development.

d. Salary / Remuneration is a basic requirement which, otherwise settled with the Management of the Company.
