How to Identify the Subcontractor's to partner with you ?

There are a number of criteria based on which you can identify Subcontractors to work with you. The criteria depend on your requirements and what you expect from them. For example, if you are in Oil & Gas Industry, Safety is an important parameter and you would select Subcontractor based on his previous safety records like LTI free hours, Certificates received from Clients for Safe execution of works,his Safety Accreditions like compliance to OHSAS 18001 Certificate, Safety Policy etc. Other Parameters for selection are but not limited to Quality, Reliability, Competence, Assets (Factors of Production), Financial Records, Geographical spread, IT Systems Compatibility and last but not the least is Cost.
