All products have some attributes which fulfill the customers' need, want or demand. So we should always try to identify those needs of the customer and try to give a solution to it through the product. So its better to market the concept of the product.

It is best to market the benefit of the product. for e.g.
1. Nike- Just do it.
It is about action and being comfortable with action. The endorsement of athletes gives a feeling that performance would improve with the right gear.
2. Apple- think different.
Is about standing out in the crowd, to feel different and special.
The above companies and any good brands don't try to sell the product, they appeal to the emotions and desires of the consumers.
market the product is basic activity while market the product analyze existing products, how much can we penetrate the product wether it is usefull or needfull, can habituate the people to use our product these are design criteria of making product
