In your opinion, Is It better to use passport photo as profile picture on personal CV and professional profiles such as bayt.com ?

As far as Diversity & Equality is concerned, the genuine employer would be keen on your talent & skills possess rather than your looks which could positively be shown on your CV or Bio data. But of course your picture on CV or Bio data will add values to the 'candidates' expression & hygiene.

Yes, it's a CV that should reflect professionalism, however, if you have a professional looking photo that would be okay as well.

Many EU-countries have this mandatory to have it in the CV... in the US/Canada it is not recommended to include it at this time ... a picture shows your age and gender on which you can be discriminated ....

I don`t think so... OK! looking decent and showing yourself in the best shape is very important, but if I`m an employer, and the looks are important to me, i will look for females profiles, its my personal opinion.

Picture gives a potential employer more information about the potential employee. So it is always advisable to display picture on the profile and perhaps on CV which is less necessary.

Yes of course, with passport size photo one looks more professional than the casual picture. So I suggest professional picture is more important make an impression.
