What issue companies can face when hiring Temporary labour in Middle east , specifically in UAE?

i belive Employee benefits and rights , while they will low salary , no health insurance and no incentives or increments  

I am not well versed with the UAE law , however in general , medical insurance claims will constitute a significant issue while hiring tempoary labour 

temprory labor means companies hiring rental peoples....in this case company need a third party contract paper so that a labor can work can easily work under the new company as temprory
