What is the importance of differentiation strategy of teaching in the classroom?

While teaching and delivering your material you know as a teacher that your students have different abilities in understanding your explaining. Do you think that differentiation as a strategy by giving different H.W or different worksheets, or by asking easy and hard questions according to their level...etc. Do you think that it helps you to have most of the students engaged and concentrating with you?

Different strategies are important to help meet the diverse needs of the students and also help determine the most ideal teaching strategies in meeting teaching objectives.

Yes it may help in engaging all students from all different levels however it may also get high level students get a little bored. so its good as long as it is defined with certain limits
