Controls include product inspection, where every marketable product is examined visually, and often using a stereo microscope for fine detail before the product is sold into the external market.
Inspectors will be provided with lists and descriptions of unacceptable product defects such as cracks or surface blemishes for example.
Quality control emphasizes testing of marketable or marketed products to uncover defects and reporting to management who make the decision to allow or deny product release, whereas quality assurance attempts to improve and stabilize production (and associated processes) to avoid, or at least minimize, issues which led to the defect(s) in the first place.
According to European Commission: Quality Control is concerned with sampling, specifications and testing as well as the organization, documentation and release procedures which ensure that the necessary and relevant tests are carried out, and that materials are not released for use, nor products released for sale or supply, until their quality has been judged satisfactory.
Each holder of a manufacturing authorization should have a Quality Control Department.
As we know that, some fake manufacturers produce and market internationally recognized branded product, by which consumers may harassed buying with false product.
This must have negative impact on well reputation of good product marketing.
Particularly, in this case, regular inspection for quality control of already marketed products ensures the best marketing.

I Agree,Quality control helps assure a good quality product delivered, but not all good quality products are well received by people, what you sell, where you sell and how you sell has to be covered while marketing a product.
e.g if one tries to sell good quality vegetables in a town where people are non vegetarians

Yes it could help, but it is not the only factor to ensure the best product marketing.
it must be one of so many factors meged into whole production's cycle.

I dont agree with your statement.
The regular inspection of quality control ensure the production of good quality and error free product.
Such product quality only helps in product marketing.
Though product marketing is different ball game.
The product marketing have elements like Product positioning, product costing, target customers, competitors positioning, market conditions, effectiveness of advertisement etc etc.
So for all these factors the good quality product is only a support function not a guaranted formula for marketing.
Let us take an example of Toothpaste.
Suppose you have excellent quality of toothpaste with excellent packing.
This paste tube of200 grames is costing10 AED but at the same time the compititors have similar product of little inferior quality which is costing8 AED.
Suppose the market condition is good and economy is booming then people may go for10 AED product but in recessionary market the people may opt for8 AED product.
So finally the product marketing is total a difference concept., Yes the good product quality helps in product marketing.

Regular inspections for the quality of product and service along with acceptable price and good presentations will assure the best marketing.
Product and service quality inspection alone can stand also, but it will need many years to start giving results in markets.
But these waiting years with good presentation can be used better to result to sales numbers.
The price is an important factor also in the marketing system as it perform as control valve for sales flow, as much as it is tightened or released the sales will flow accordingly.

quality is only for the product not marketing, your quality is one of your main successful criteria for a salable product, but marketing this product depends on the positioning, targeting the right consumers, claims, and value produced by this product.
these are the key drivers for best marketing.

I disagree.
A quality control about what? The product? The package? The logistic chain? The raw material? About everything? Can help.
But to assure the best product marketing it is not quality control.
There are many factors.
The first one is to find your target group and reach to them through their channels.
Learn their likes and dislikes, what do they value when buying a product like ours.
Marketing covers everything: Product, Place, Price, Publicity.
So, you have to check all these points and improve them.
And once you have done it,...
innovate.
Always innovate.
Don't let your product die of success.
Give continuity to it.
