How many Guest Relation Officer should have years of experience in this field to be promoted to Guest relation Manager in UAE?

At least10 years....................................

The experience considered based on the quality of tasks you handle that you acquired and lead you to promote to the management level.you must have core Competencies which is give you chance to grow in your career

I am not sure honestly, from a pure hotel career perspective; but i can say that the soft skills will take someone further in a shorter time in any industry. One thing i have learnt is "ask and you will get", respect to you for this question.
