How to succeed when you have no special skills?

It is very difficult. The situation is like a graduate with no special skill. Take an entry level job  in marketing and stick to it for at least1 year to gain experiance.

Should not be a chooser at the very begining. Gain experiance and attend all courses that are offered by the co to hone ones skills. This is the only way to succeed.

Really difficult without any skills, but I would say that every person has skills. The question is did she/he or someone else challenging her/him to discover the own skills. People are mostly to lazy or scared to try something new. So, the main question is how to discover the skills of someone, or even yourself?

There is no alternative way without achieving skills...............................

When the cost something should put this work show any skill possessed by direct manager or management history of creativity is not something work done in advance and this gives the impression successfully work and assigning of another job with the possibility of improving the physical and functional status according to the policy of each company.
