if you not talking also about sick leave i believe that may only case the employee may have the6th months or whatever if that result from production stoppage or the organization had to shut down cause of any problem for the business and the employee have no hand in , so he had to get paid , note that im talking about the Egyptian labor law and also other laws i have studied like UK and American labor law
