How can you draw a table in excel without using format as table or table format?

We can use insert table option 

Select the number of cells you want to add into the Table and Press Control+T.

by selecting your data and  using all borders

Draw borders around the cells which you want to be included in the table.

U can use coding... vbscript

In simple:  

1.Go to Insert Menu in (Drawing tool format) and Then click "SHAPES OPTION". In Illustration.

2.  Select the "RECTANGLE shape to draw a table". in simply select and drag wherever you want to drag , it depend upon your criteria.

3. Then select  :TEXT BOX "  by way of Illustration in shapes to create a " COLUMN AND ROWS".

NOTE: By select of text box you have to enter or type  the words either numeric as per your requirement.

OTHER WISE .

You will create a table with the help of , by using BORDERS.

Just put cursor  inside the table data and hit Ctrl + T and hit Enter.

You can make table with the help of border or formats
