Dear Sir, according to my long experience in teaching, I realized that the best method of having any student understand your teachings is through a scientific challenge.

Usually, I start my first class by introducing myself, then allowing the students to freely introduce themselves. I then display accomplished projects from senior students, and give them a small hint that those who finished these projects were geniuses, and I believe non of you has the capability to reach that edge of intelligence and hard work. You will ldiscover kind of a riot in class from the students, placing a challenge in return. I take that seriously, and keep reminding them of it every time they lack responsibility in following up and presenting what is required. It was a fascinating success, even when I taught in a delinquent university.

Trust me, it is not hard to master, all you need to do is pretending of being brutal concerning the challenge reminder.

First, if you believe that your student is dull or irresponsible, no matter how genius is your method of teaching, it will never work with this student. Before asking people to understand your method of teaching, you need first to understand their method of thinking. Even the so-called dull and irresponsible students have their own way of thinking that needs to be understood and appreciated, then fixed. so, to make such students understand your method, just let them speak out their minds first.
