As a manager when you retreat your steps it gives you and people around you a feeling of defeat. It shows that you failed some where in taking appropriate decision. It smells of lack of confidence and lack of judgement. On the other hand if the decision to retreat prevents huge loss in terms of money, prestige or reputation, loss of life and property then it is a welcome decision and should be supported by all concerned.

I retrieve on the decision, when I discovered that : this decision base on wrong data or miss understanding, so, usually I take time to review my decision before issuing and submit it.

Its a rare phenomenon !! Manager one who solve the problems and make decision. A manager who is responsible to take decision so as to take decision he would have been done a lot of ground work and as not as simple to give a solution or decision to a problem or a Business. So retrieval of decision whatsoever or whomsoever is not much possible as a manager.
