What is your favorite "going the extra mile" customer service story in the Middle East ?

Working during off hours to deliver delayed shipment while working in DHL.
I simply put myself in the customer's shoe and felt bad for not receiving his shipment as it going to cost him a lot if he didn't receive it that day.
Ended up by pulling up the shipment (document) from the holding unit in the causeway after the clearance and deliver it myself.
I won't deny it the tiredness, but really felt good after all.
