Which way is tougher to motivate the costumer? 1. meeting costumer face to face. 2. telemarketing with costumer.

Some find it tough to motivate the costumer by meeting "in person" while others have difficulty with telemarketing. what is your take?

To satisfy my philosophy, i will use the word "EASIER" instead of TOUGHER.........

 

And it will be EASIER for any sales PROFESSIONAL to motivate the customers during  face to face discussion.

                          both are important but more effective is face to fcae discussions
