I have observed that some people switch jobs so often while other work in same organization for the rest of their life. There should be a balance to it. Often switching jobs, may reflect that individual lacks consistency while no switching jobs may reflect that individual is afraid of taking new challenges. What's your say on this ..

Professional growth is very important in an employee hence3-5 years is enough to master once task . For me switching from one job to another means looking for new challenges and professional growth to enhance once self's capacities and capabilities
