What is the best book to read about accounting and about management ?

Accounting Principles (Hardcover) by Jerry J. Weygandt

The One Minute Manager (Hardcover) by  Kenneth H. Blanchard

One cant rely on one particular book. Refer & read as many books as possible. You need to think a lot on each aspect of accounting, its practical applicability.......refer to some real examples etc.....

I would prefer any book written in lucid language with having practical examples.....

Professor Mr.Vinod Kumar book education of accounting is a good reference.

for accounting Garrison and for management it could be Robbins and Coutler
