- Adapt a new attitude.
- Look at everything in a new way. When you do this you see things you never saw or noticed before.
- Take your time to really concentrate on each task that you do during the day, all those things that you take for granted, now look at them as blessings.
- Look at the sky, the trees, listen to the birds singing - interesting how they be your new alarm system instead of electronic devices.
- Read a book you haven't read for a long time - take a new message from the book and act on it if you can.
- Play some music you haven't played for a long time - relax and listen to every note being sung or played.
- Make a gift for someone. Get all craftwork together and make a card with a verse you have thought of yourself - this will mean so much more to the person receiving it,
- Get the pencils, pastels or paints out and draw or paint. This can take to another place as you become totally absorbed in creating something from the heart. It's amazing how time can fly too.
- Have a clear out - get rid of everything that no longer has a use. Give stuff away, give to charity or discard.
- Get all of those odd jobs done that have been waiting to be fixed. This creates so much space not only physically but mentally.

We can be creative on a dull day , for example , try to do something for relaxation of mind and body. Like prepare a new dish or think of a new pattern for your new dress or lend a helping hand to others at home or in office , they are trying to complete in time.
Recall the happy moments and incidences of your life.
Best of all is, we should appreciate the beauty of nature around us by going for a trek or hiking.
One or more of these activities will certainly ward off the dullness of the day.
The problem in wanting or having to be creative and the inability to be creative at the moment can aggravate an already stressed person . While the process of creativity is a fun and positive the pressure of working in a felid that requires creativity can make one uncreative .... The best thing one can do is to set back and relax , do something else something deferent than what you're trying to do , mindless , fun , and active ( just don't be a recipient ) to make distance to rejuvenate . And remember that creativity has no rules " must " and " have to " are the worst two words if you want to do any thing at all .
