What is the length of time that you prefer to stay in the current company?

To the point you have gained all the experience and you stopped gaining anything new. The point where you stop learning and you feel that the company has stopped providing anything new, this is the point it starts to feel like a dull job and lose interest, this is when you have to go forward with a new job and give space to those who still have a more to learn to do so.
