Manager means a person who manages people at work to produce desire results. Manager is a role model for their business team. If he/she set examples for their business team. Manager must be very refelective in nature, It means when staff producing results effectively, he/she appreciates equivelently to their results. Those who are producing averagely, very loveing appreciates and show their expectations, where higher income generated by this business staff, which are very supportive to their family. Those who are producing below average, manager must patiently and provide trainings for better results, rather than showing harsh attitude, which resulting that you loose the sales staff. In short Manager never fire the sales staff, put fire in him to produce maximum results.

I think it's not easy for everyone because, if manager wants to accomplish their goals, then he must be serious about the performance and should have the capability of the time management. Manger playing a vital role in a company and also all the time tries to push the employees towards the task for achieving and because of that nobody want to like him.
Solution: It's could be possible if the manager be frankly with staff, ability to make friendly environment to the staff, caring of the staff, while someone done efficient work also manager gives appreciation, but manager should be serious about the targets, and he should be very diplomatic kind of personality. Then the staff will like this kind of personality and they will work with more efficient way. Thanks
