How should we as a professionals bring a change to the health of a community and an individuals?

Well, health awareness campains would help.
But first you have to notice most common bad habits that the community or individuals have in common before you start your campains.
Narrow the smoking areas as possible.
provide some healthy fruits to you employees in daily basis such as apples ( we do that in our organization).

By investing more in health promotion and educational campaigns. However, as Mohammed Shata mentioned there is a general negative perception amongst health proffessional of the effectiveness of such projects so perhaps running more campaigns to educate proffesionals about the importance of health promotion is the starting point.

I have been an avid watcher of the pevention scene in UAE. The best way is to have awareness raising programes built into clinical management and by creating a public private partnership, we can have sustainable prevetion initiatives in UAE.

Health of community is mainly the health of individuals,

Usually people donot attend campaigns. It is not an easy task to help each individual, but through professionals.

Health can be promoted by health education when a persons seeks medical help.

Most of general physician donot provide so.

Next step is to promote health programmes on t.v.

Provide reading material for community.

After providing everything still we need a physician to convine the people and promote health.

A community needs assessment will be imperative to designing community interventions, particularly when you consider the tremendous diversity within the UAE. I highly recommend the use of existing data and the collection of additional data to fill any potential gaps in literature. Additionally, I recommend involving academic public health programs in the implementation of interventions to utilize the skills of future public health professionals in  creating a stronger public health workforce and addressing major community health disparities.
