Absolutely. A successful UAT is simply an indicator of testing going as per plan and per the setups done. It is never extensive enough and mostly limited to defined test cases with simulated scenarios, which may be per real life situations.
Post go live is when the real crux happens and the meat comes to the table. A Post implementation review becomes extremely critical, as this indirectly also validates the test results achieved during the UAT. Many a successful project has come to a standstill due to reality being different than the testing results.
