sequance them

estimate activitiy resources

Follow these steps: 1.
Learn the scope of works - Assign a Calendar 2.
Create a WBS to achieve this scope.

Add activities in each WBS for which you need to know Activity Description in brief Activity Duration Resources required Sequence of operation or relationship with other activities Then work your way in Primavera, just press schedule and watch out for the project finish date.
 

1- Project total duration from the contract to compare it with the one you will plane

2-BOQ (Wich include Project Activity and quantity of work)

3-the logic in other word ,the knowing of relationship between activites

4-Resources (Labor Equipment material) and its production rate in order to calculate Activites duration 5-Resources unit price and the indirect cost  in order to calculate Budget cost

Three main things are generally requried to make a time schedule 

 

1.Project Start date

2.Time duration for all activities 

3.Relationship beteween activities.

when starting to entering the  actvites you must enter the duration for each actvity and start date  already you set anthor compnent cost, buddget, resours,  work break down structure
