Yes, I agree.I think quickly increasing population, rapid multiplication of similar qualified persons, declining of resources, some bad investment, poor exchange etc are the barriers of getting good job in the modern world. There are no fault in good experience, enough work knowledge, professional CV & highly qualified for getting a good job.

I agree, in these years of crisis, job search is not easy at all.
But.
the most important asset to invest in, is your professional network.
Take (active) part in seminars, working groups and look beyond your national borders.
Being professionally known in your network, and know exactly what is going on at the leading companies and governmental institutions eases your job search.
Because of this I was asked for my latest project, instead of looking for it.

I agree, else, why would I be here.
They say finding a job is tough, that brings into question "how hard would it be to find the right job?" But, being unemployed I believe is a state of mind, and I'm sure that everybody goes through the same ups and downs in his/her professional life.
Given that the strategies, unlike a business or a project, are multiple.
So, a job is a vision that may require multiple missions to achieve, and that in a nutshell is the tough part.
Being unable to focus efforts into a particular mission.
